So I used to go to a local grocery store and buy a dill chicken salad from their deli section. This stuff was downright addictive! Needless to say though, it wasn’t the healthiest option, full of full fat mayo, so I came up with a lightened version. It’s just as creamy and flavorful!

  • 4 cooked chicken breasts
  • 3 celery stalks, chopped
  • 2 cups grapes
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (I used olive oil mayo)
  • 1 cup fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup green onions
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon salt

In a large mixing bowl, shred the chicken. Add the celery and grapes. In a separate bowl, mix the mayo, yogurt, dill, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Pour the mixture onto the chicken, celery, and grapes. Top with chopped walnuts and green onions, and mix together. Easy!
