Hello, my name is Stephanie. After my mom became diabetic in late 2015, I took the initiative to help her, my dad, and I change our diets drastically! Since then, I have lost over 50 pounds, and am feeling great! I’ve put this blog together to hopefully help others to live a healthier lifestyle. I try new recipes constantly, and it is honestly a struggle sometimes to find ones that are satisfying enough to stay away from bad carbs. I used to be a huge fan of pasta and bread, and I’m continuously looking for new dishes that won’t make me miss them!
